Colleen Kelley is the Vice President of Operations for Stratford Managers Corporation. Leading the Operations practice, Colleen is a seasoned operations executive with over 25 years of experience in both OEM and EMS/Contract Manufacturing sectors.

Colleen is a strong leader with outstanding skills in profit and loss management, customer orientation, program management and supply chain management. She also has extensive experience in merger and acquisition activities and leading organizations through substantial transition.
Colleen affects business success through a relentless focus on customers and suppliers, sound P&L financial discipline and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining Stratford Managers, she was Vice President Operations and Plant Manager at Sanmina-SCI where she led the consolidation of the Pointe-Claire facility into Ottawa. In 2010, Colleen led the integration of the BreconRidge Corporation acquisition leading a staff of over 500 employees through the transition and consolidation of two Ottawa facilities. During these transitions, she was instrumental in sustaining the growth and profitability of the Ottawa location.
Prior to Sanmina-SCI, as Director, Program Management at Selectron, Colleen created and led the program management team at the newly acquired Nortel wireless plant in Calgary, AB. In 2002 as part of Solectron’s CMAC Corporation acquisition, she led the integration of four sites in the Ottawa region.
Prior to Selectron, during her 16-year tenure at Nortel Networks, she held progressive roles in finance and supply chain management including supply and demand, inventory management, forecasting and procurement.
Colleen holds a Certified Management Accountant designation (CMA) as well as a Diploma in Accountancy from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences.
Significant Accomplishments
- Led the consolidation of the Sanmina-SCI Pointe-Claire and Ottawa facilities including all equipment and customer programs. Expanded footprint by 50% and staffing by 100%.
- Transformed Sanmina-SCI Ottawa facility from a New Product Introduction Centre to a low-medium volume production site.
- Led the integration of the BreconRidge Corporation acquisition into Sanmina-SCI facility. Led organization of > 500 people quickly establishing a profitable entity.
- Implemented a systematic business methodology contributing to improved profitability and customer satisfaction. This included weekly revenue review, asset management review, customer dashboard and key metrics review.
- Successfully managed the integration of four acquired CMAC operations into Solectron within a six-month timeframe.
- Key manager in the largest electronics manufacturing services industry divestiture at the time (divestiture of the Nortel Calgary manufacturing sites to Solectron), spanning preparation of the descriptive memorandum to implementation and integration into Solectron with no disruption to customer service.
- Key driver in three ERP implementations including Oracle and Baan.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
