He holds over 20 years of international experience in the high technology sector and has worked with both start-ups and major multi-national corporations.

Joe’s impressive career encompasses building and empowering sales organizations, strategic account creation and management, and sales channel creation and management. A go-to-market expert, he has created and empowered high-performance sales organizations globally, created and managed sales channels around the world and created and managed strategic account processes and organizations. As a senior sales executive, he has addressed the real-world business challenges faced by growing firms in balancing resources to achieve goals.
Joe began his international experience in Europe working for Motorola Semiconductors. Under his direction as Business Manager, sales grew from $160M to $250M.
Joe held senior sales positions with Microchip Technology in Phoenix, AZ; the UK, and in Hong Kong. As Sales Director in the UK, Joe restructured the sales organization creating a high performances team of 25 people, and established a strategic account program. As a result of his instrumental role in developing the China market for Microchip Technology, Joe moved to Hong Kong as General Manager - China. He grew the 6-person sales team to a 45-person operation, and expanded the number of sales offices from 2 to 8 in a single year.
Consolidating his international business experience, Joe took the position of Vice President of Sales for Tundra Semiconductor based in Ottawa, Canada. During his tenure with Tundra, Joe grew sales from $5M/quarter to $17M/quarter. He also restructured the sales, marketing, customer service, and application engineering organizations.
Prior to joining Stratford Managers Corporation, Joe rounded out his previous experience working with billion-dollar companies and high-tech start-ups, becoming an entrepreneur and starting a real estate business and a mortgage company.
Joe has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Microprocessors (Honours) from the University of Strathclyde.
