Norm Paquette is the Vice President of Finance & CFO for Stratford Managers Corporation. Heading the Finance discipline, Norm has over 25 years of senior management experience.

Norm is a well-recognized and highly respected executive in the technology sector. A results-oriented, highly motivated financial leader with extensive accounting and finance experience, Norm has worked with companies ranging from private start-ups to mature public companies.
Norm’s experience includes senior financial management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing activities, planning and analysis, financial and management reporting, systems implementation, internal control processes, investor relations, exit strategies and project leadership.
Norm was a founding member of Tundra Semiconductor, joining the company at its inception in 1995. He served as CFO from 1999 until 2006. During his tenure, Norm provided outstanding financial leadership, including completing Tundra’s initial public offering (IPO) in 1999, closing follow on financings, and several strategic acquisitions.
As a member of the Board of Directors for MOSAID Technologies, Norm’s governance role included providing financial oversight in the areas of corporate strategy, financial and reporting controls, and annual budgeting activities.
From 1985 to 1994, Norm worked for Deloitte on variety of accounting, audit and consulting engagements.
Norm is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Ottawa.
