Sandra is an accomplished leader in the communications and marketing field and has strong leadership qualities. Sandra has a history of introducing high impact integrated marketing programs, with global experience that has touched on all core areas of marketing communications, including: brand and messaging, creative strategy, public and media relations, advertising, promotions, inbound and outbound marketing, lead-generation programs, online marketing, web evolution, events management and communications and management.
Prior to joining Stratford, Sandra was responsible for identifying and developing new business growth opportunities for Creative Niche, an outsource workforce solutions firm specializing in marketing communications talent.
From 2000 to 2010 Sandra held numerous marketing communications positions at Mitel, with five years as Director of Corporate Marketing. Throughout her career at Mitel, she provided marketing support for Mitel’s privatization, mergers, and Initial Public Offering (IPO). Her marketing leadership was instrumental in repositioning Mitel from an IP telecommunications company to one of the leading communications software providers in the world.
Prior to joining Mitel, from 1997 to 2000, Sandra was responsible for internal communications strategies at Nortel Networks including the rollout and execution of global employee programs.
