Not only do I help create strategy, I am also a relentless crusader and decision maker once strategy is decided upon. I will constantly remind all stakeholders of the goal and provide clarity of purpose. I will pick up the baton or the ball whenever needed to keep things moving forward.

🤝 What is your favourite type of client engagement?
I enjoy engaging with someone who needs a partner to help them make decisions, would like to get their company to the next level or is prepared to work through a significant change.
✨ Do you sit on any boards or volunteer?
I am President of my Florida Condo Board.
I volunteer at Kanata Theatre and help my friends with business decisions.
🎸 What are some of your favourite past times?
Golf, squash, target shooting and acting.

⛰️ What’s one of the biggest obstacles you’ve had to overcome as it relates to your career?
Business wise – pivoting from exclusively in-classroom IT training to distance/video based training post 2008 financial crisis. A time when it was considered substandard and would never work in our particular industry.
